Edward was also the former Chairman and CEO of World Financial Service Inc. (Taiwan) and a Co-Founder and Executive Managing Director of Goldman International Inc. (Taiwan). Additionally, he was also a Co-Founder of the New York Flushing Chinese Business Association (FCBA), a distinguished non-profit community association in the United States.
Eugene Cha is a seasoned attorney who specializes in cross-border business and investment transactions, as well as having served as a board member to numerous international businesses. Mr. Cha's experience as an independent board member includes serving on the boards of financial services and fund management companies, including Founder Fubon Fund Managements Co., Ltd., Xiaman Bank, and Core Pacific Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd., and on the boards of biotechnology companies and a conglomerate which owns publicly listed petrochemical and construction companies in Taiwan.
In addition, Mr. Cha previously served as chief counsel for Core Pacific Group, a major conglomerate in Taiwan. Mr. Cha earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from National Taiwan University and a Master of Comparative Law degree from the University of Michigan.

Previously, he founded U.S.A. New Version Industries Inc. and served as its chairman, showcasing his strong leadership capabilities. He has played key roles within the Global Future Leaders Organization and Yunshi Education Group. He also served as the Asia-Pacific general agent of the American college basketball team league NIT between 2001 and 2005.
Jay holds a master's degree in management from the College of Saint Rose and a U.S principal's license along with a master's degree in education from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a national teaching license, reflecting his commitment to both business excellence and educational advancement.
Bruse Wang started his business career as a newspaper reporter covering finance and economics in Taiwan. He worked for the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Taiwan Depository and Clearing, and later, as the Taiwan Stock Exchange's Chairman's Office Special Assistant.
He then entered the private sector and served as VP for Polaris Securities Group, later becoming a senior executive for some established companies. Bruse brings strong business relationships in the Greater China Region and excellent insights into our company. He is the head of our Taiwan office.
Echo Lin is active in the steel trade and financial industry in China. She earned her college degree in Japan and has a wealth of market development, investment, and financial management experience.
She is also the co-founder of the Blue-Confidant brand.
Dr. T.Z. (Ted) Chaung, a seasoned independent healthcare consultant with broad experience in healthcare industry startups, new drug development, venture capital, and business development, in both the Taiwan and U.S. healthcare sector, has joined the Company's advisory board.
Dr. Chaung is a world-class independent healthcare business development consultant, who during his accomplished professional career held high-positions at pharmaceutical industry leaders including Merck & Company, San-Fu/Air Products-Taiwan, Hoffman-La Roche, Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company, and China Chemical & Pharmaceutical Group. Prior to his illustrious professional career, Dr. Chaung attended such prestigious institutions as National Taiwan University, West Virginia University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
